After much research and evaluation, I have changed harness makers. I now am able to contact him directly by phone during business hours which has greatly improved my ability to get answers for customers quickly. I am thrilled with the quality of the products that he is making for me, and excited about some of the changes I will be announcing shortly.  

PLEASE NOTE  any orders placed with BRASS hardware or colored strapping (except for halters) will be considered custom orders and will not be returnable unless it is due to a mistake on the part of Camptown Harness. Measure carefully !!!!!!!!!!

Orders Although it appears that my orders are processed on the web site, they are not. I retrieve them through a very secure website, and then process them manually on a credit card machine, the same as if you were in a store, which is much more secure than a website with a gateway. The email address that comes with your order is not a live link, so I cannot reply without taking the time to cut and paste the address into Outlook, which I normally don't do.

EMAIL I seem to be having some problems with cyber gremlins in both directions. If you send me an email, you should get a response within literally a couple hours if there is not a notice that I am out of town.  If you don't get a prompt response, send another or call me on the  803-649-1401. If you don't get a response to the second email, call. Some email is getting caught by my spam filter and some of my email is getting rejected by yours. If I reply to your email and it is rejected, I have no other way to contact you, as most of you do not include a phone number in your email for me to call.
